Flower Crown

You've probably seen this a lot. Taking a piece of nature and making it into an accessory. Well today, I will be telling you how to make a flower crown. I won't use real flowers because the fake will last a longer time and if you love something let it live. So, lets begin this DIY!

You will need:

•An elastic band

•Needle

•Thread (I used embroidery thread because it is thicker)

•Scissors

•And fake flowers of your choice

  First thing you are going to need to do is measure the elastic to fit your head. Then sew the two ends together. I chose elastic because it can stretch but if you don't want it stretchy please feel free to use another material.  

  After you've got your elastic headband done it is time to add the flowers!

  Simply place your needle as close to the flower as you can get then sew right through it. Also, you will need to cut off extra plastic stuff from the stem of the flower. 

  Now insert your needle through the elastic. 

Bring the needle back towards the flower but not in the flower. 

And simply tie the two pieces of thread tightly together. Continue adding flowers until you are happy with the result. And voilà! You have your flower crown!
